Everything we publish is specific to Massachusetts. Every certificate form is based on the current statutory language in M.G.L. Chapter 222, Section 15, as amended by Chapter 289 of the Acts of 2016 and Chapter 2 of the Acts of 2023.

We are not a law firm. We do not provide legal advice. We are a private publisher of professionally formatted legal forms and educational content for Massachusetts commissioned notaries public.
